The table mapper interface

The table mapper interface is a mini-app that helps the user clean up a table by mapping its columns to predefined properties; the output is the data from the columns mapped to the predefined properties.

Using the table mapper interface

When a user uses the table mapper, they go through three steps:

  1. Select the row containing the column headers in the input table

  2. Using the headers, choose which columns to map to which predefined properties

  3. See a sample of the mapping result and click Done

In this example, the output is shown in another interface immediately after the table mapper.

Setting up the table mapper interface

  1. Choose a data source for the input table e.g. an imported CSV

  2. Choose the predefined properties that the user will map to

  3. Choose the output format (optional – advanced)
