Overview

Your workspace's pricing plan determines what capabilities you and your team can use in Ply. Only workspace owners and admins can modify the pricing plan.

Team features

This part of your plan covers:

• Team feature capabilities

• Team feature task quota

• Workspace member management

• Feature management (creator spaces, version history, subflows, etc)

Tasks from notification features are currently not counted. Eventually, steps run successfully before the notification will count as automation tasks, and steps after you trigger the action request workflow will count as team feature tasks.

Customer features

This part of your plan covers:

• Customer feature capabilities

• Customer feature task quota

Certain feature management are purchased via your team features plan. The free tier of the team features plan provides basic team and feature management capabilities.

If you want to build collaboratively in creator spaces, restore previous versions of your portals from their version history, or build with reusable subflows, you'll need to purchase these capabilities from a team feature plan.

Automations add-on

Buy this add-on if you want to create automatic feature that run in the background and have no user.

The free automation add-on gives you 500 tasks per month, used every time a step in an automatic feature runs successfully.

If you purchase a paid team or customer feature plan, you're entitled to 5000 automation tasks. If you're entitled to tasks from multiple sources, your quota is determined by the single source that provides the highest quota.

For example, assuming you have the free automation add-on (500 tasks) and paid team and customer feature plans (5000 tasks each), your automation quota is 5000 tasks. If you purchased an automation add-on (e.g. 20000 tasks) and a paid team feature plan (5000 tasks), your automation quota is 20000 tasks.

Ply credits add-on

Buy this add-on if you want to use steps in your features that replace paid API services like AI, OCR, and translation.

The free credits add-on gives you 50 credits per month, used every time a credit-based step runs successfully.

If you purchase a team or customer feature plan, you're entitled to 500 credits per month. If you're entitled to credits from multiple sources, your quota is determined by the single source that provides the highest quota.
