Authenticating portal users
Portal authentication ensures that only verified users can access a portal, adding a layer of security for portals that share personal or sensitive data with customers or external stakeholders.
Supported authentication methods include email and SMS (coming soon).
How to add authentication
On the portal builder, click on the trigger step
Enable Authentication
Optionally, customize the text in the authentication screen
